5/5/12 miwaLyric bday party & Pre Launch
Finally, the pre launch is here! It’s been a long wait, and I have survived thanks to all the staff members of Waichi Circus, and helpers, supporters and loved ones that made this possible for me. Our photo booth was successful, we sold out a lot at the booth, and Iroc Mics rocked the mic along with DJ Shingo from SK5 Productions. What a lovely evening with lovely people. Thanks for coming out!

5/4/12 Photo shoot
This morning, I went to pick up my little brother, Iroc Mics from the airport as he flew in to LAX from Texas. After our breakfast burrito we strolled through the Artist District and had an amazing photo session with Tommy Yoon (www.tommyyoon.com). Along with the photo shoot we started filming our commercial with the great Jonathan “Furis” Chung, stay tuned for the commercial! Here’s a behind the scenes of the photo shoot.
5/3/12 Photoshoot
Well, what can I say, it’s been a crazy three months since I started working on my new clothing line, Waichi Circus. It’s the evolution of Soula Wear, the line I started in 2007. I love it passionately. It’s quite a different concept compared to Soula Wear. So clothes are being made, and backdrops are being painted. When I decided on the name “Waichi Circus,” it all made sense. More ideas started building up, and that is when I realized the theme for my bday party and pre launch for my loved ones would be simply, circus!! I had wanted a backdrop for the line for quite sometime, so I asked my sister to paint me a circus themed backdrop. Next thing you know, my sister, Miki Lorena K., finished painting the masterpiece, and here I was snapping photos of her in front and along side with one of her many creations. Ladies, and gentlemen, I present to you the official backdrop of my clothing line, Waichi Circus by the oh so brilliant, Miki Lorena K.
